Special Discounts for Professional Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, PC Patients:

  • Professional Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, PC patient's who have just completed their Physical Therapy regimen will be eligible to save 10% off  'Personal Training' services if arrangements are made &/or discussed with Sue within 2 weeks following the completion of Physical Therapy.

  • Mixed level class

  • Individualized & Customized Comprehensive Workout Program in accord with your specific needs and desires.

Rates (General Public):                

  • $35 per class or 8 classes (punch card system) for $119!!
  • One-On-One Classes can be arranged. Cost will be based upon individual need!

Session Duration:

  • 45 minutes to 1++ hour(s) depending upon needs, health, age and ability.

Gym Hours - Flexible scheduling: Special arrangements can be made!

  • Mondays/Wednesdays 6PM-8 PM

  • Tuesdays 6:15 AM-8:45

  • Thursdays 6:15AM-7:45 AM 

  • Saturdays mornings coming soon .

About Sue Tracey's Experience & Knowledge

A Personal Note From Sue:

No matter what your fitness level, I am capable of helping you! I doubt you will find anyone in the area with the extensive wellness/exercise science background that I have obtained.   I understand the limitations and road blocks that many may have.  I have provided professional guidance and support to  various individuals and groups at all levels of fitness.   I have helped the  elderly with balance/mobility/flexibility, the middle aged get rid of their "middle", the non-athletic child learn to enjoy exercise and the athlete reach their potential mentally and physically.    The American Medical Association and the American College of Sports Medicine state that the first thing you should look for in a trainer is a person with a college degree in an exercise related field (Exercise Science, Physical Education, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Kinesiology, Etc)  I have this qualification and more.  Many people who call themselves "personal trainers" have a limited background in exercise science,  some personal trainer certificates only require a weekend course or a test online.  I have spent  years gaining as much knowledge as possible through college, workshops, conventions, courses, symposiums, seminars. professional readings, etc. so that I can do my best to assist you reach your wellness goals..
